At the conclusion of the nominations for the Honda Volunteer Awards, 21 Cheshire clubs had made 40 nominations involving 81 volunteers. This is an outstanding performance as we come out of 2 years of covid hell.

To recognise the achievements of the nominated volunteers, Cheshire CB are hosting a Volunteer Awards night last held in 2019. Each nominee is being invited, along with a guest of their choice to attend the evening. The arrangements are as follows:-

Time – 7.00 for 7.30

An arrival drink will be served followed by a meal. As with previous years the cost of the event will be covered by Cheshire CB.

During the evening two volunteers/group of volunteers will be invited by Honda to the National Awards dinner at Twickenham on 9th September 2022 where the National Volunteer of the Year will be revealed. In addition the Cheshire President, Colin Free, will be presenting Blue Plaques and certificates to successful nominees.
